Booking terms and conditions

●The existing terms are being reviewed before migration. One clause is internally contradictory as published: it states a journey may be amended “up to one (12) hour prior to departure”, mixing the word “one” with the numeral 12, and the fares page separately states two hours. Publishing any of the three as binding would be wrong, so the document is withheld pending legal review rather than copied across with the defect intact.

The terms currently in force remain those provided at the time of booking in Azam Marine's booking system. For clarification on any term, please contact customer service.
